latest obsession

We've recently been obsessed with watching Wheel of Fortune while we eat dinner. Tonight just before 6:30 (showtime) this happened-

The phone rang. Mom answered and after a minute of silence exclaimed, "Oh no..."
I assume something unfortunate has happened...like Dad has another admission and won't make it home for dinner. Or he is stressed out from a busy day.

...

Then she hangs up and i ask what was wrong. She responds with a smile,"Dad wants me to call Boston and ask if they can delay Wheel of Fortune for a couple minutes. He's on his way home, but running late."

Oh, such a tragedy.
